A number of year ago I had the privilege of working with Monica. At the time I was employed as a real estate fraud investigator for the CA Dept. of Real Estate. Her clients, after beginning to purchase a home, decided not to. The real estate agent who had been involved in the transaction used Monica’s client’s information to purchase another property and qualify for the loan. This was done without the knowledge or consent of Monica’s clients.
